FieldHaven's Volunteer Agreement

I agree to abide by all regulations for my own safety and will hold harmless FieldHaven in the event of injury. I assume the risks of being bitten, scratched, injured or frightened by cats or kittens in connection with my volunteer work for FieldHaven. FieldHaven is not liable to me for any injuries, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs or expenses whatsoever, which I might suffer or sustain in connection with the performance of my volunteer activities for FieldHaven, unless they are the result of FieldHaven’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I will assure, defend and hold FieldHaven harmless from and against any claims, lawsuits, injuries, damages, losses, costs or expenses whatsoever sustained by any companion animal or any person in connection with my intentional misconduct or grossly negligent performance of volunteer activities for FieldHaven or my breach of FieldHaven rules, regulations, policies and programs.
I grant permission to FieldHaven Feline Rescue to use any photos taken of me on its World Wide Web site or in other printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge the FieldHaven’s right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion.
