FieldHaven Feline Rescue is hosting the second annual Feline Adoption for residents of Sun City Lincoln to be held on Saturday, October 7, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sports Plaza which is located next to the tennis courts.

The event will be hosted by Sun City residents who volunteer at Fieldhaven.

All of the cats have had health checkups, are vaccinated, FeLV/FIV tested , have been spayed or neutered and have a microchip implanted for identification. All pets come with a 30 day pet insurance policy.

Adoption fees vary but with FieldHaven's Mature Cats for Mature People program if you select a cat that is six years or older and the resident is over 60, the fees are waived.

Pets can make wonderful companions for older residents and provide lots of laughter and smiles. Love is the most important health tonic we have and pets are one of nature's best sources of love. Pets can make you laugh and divert your mind away from troubles. In fact, studies show that pets can aid relaxation and lower one's blood pressure, promote health and prolong life!
